【摘要】 根据任务需要组成的领导组织,如应急事件处理领导小组、重大项目指挥部等,是一种重要的群决策形式,将其定义为"面向任务的职能型群决策".在分析了其决策方式与决策方法后,提出了一种不需要决策者给出权重的多目标决策算法.最后,设计出了分布式的职能型群决策支持系统(FGDSS),系统的组成要素是"即插即用"的.在应用该系统时,根据任务的需要任意增减决策者,任意定义决策者的职能.更多还原

【Abstract】 The leading organization formed according to task is a kind of important group decision making, which is defined as "Task-Oriented Functional Group Decision Making" in this paper, such as the leading group for an urgent incident and the command post for a significant project. After its decision way and decision method are analysed, a multi-objective decision algorithm is put forward,which doesn’t need the decision-makers’ weights. At last, the distributed functional group decision support system(FGDSS) is desighed, whose elements are "plug and play". When applying this system,according to the task the decision-makers are arbitrarily increased and decreased,whose function may be arbitrarily defined.更多还原
