羟基对海洋微藻细胞叶绿素a的影响
Effect of hydroxyl on chl-a in algae cells
【摘要】 海洋微藻是造成赤潮和外来生物入侵性传播的有害海洋生物.为了防止海洋微藻对经济及生态的破坏,采用羟基药剂进行杀灭微藻的实验,从生物化学和生态毒理学的角度研究羟基自由基对海洋藻类细胞叶绿素a的作用效应.研究表明羟基使细胞氧化脱色,是导致细胞死亡的主要原因.羟基是杀灭有害海洋微藻的绿色理想药剂.
【Abstract】 Micro-algae is harmful halobios which can cause red tide and invasion of non-indigenous species.In order to prevent micro-algae destroying our economy and ecosystem, we experimentize to kill algae using hydroxyl. The effect of hydroxyl on Chl-a in algae cells is researched on the aspect of biochemistry and ecotoxicity. The study indicates that cells are oxidated and decolored by hydroxyl, which is primary reason leading death Hydroxyl is ideal green medicament to kill harmful micro-algae.
