柴油机强化燃烧实验研究
A new method of strengthened combustion for diesel engine
【摘要】 分析了柴油机燃烧过程的特点,并且提出了一种新的柴油机强化燃烧的研究方法.成功研制了应用于柴油机的高频高压等离子体活性粒子发生器.采用强电离放电方法对柴油机的进机空气进行强电离放电预处理,使进气中含有大量的OH·、HO2-、HO2·以及O2+、O2·、O3等高活性粒子,缩短了柴油机的滞燃时间,提高了燃烧的平稳性与燃烧效率,达到了节能及降低尾气污染的目的.
【Abstract】 By analyzeing the characteristic of the combustion of the diesel engine, a new method of strengthened combustion for diesel engine is presented. One kind of generator of high frequency and high voltage has been successfully invented which can generate non-equilibrium plasma and can been used for diesel engine. The air is dealt by strong ionized discharge before entering diesel engine so that plenty of high active particles such as OH·,HO2-,HO2· and O2+,O2·,O3 are generated, which can decrease the ignition delay period and improve combusting stability and efficiency with the fuel saved and the exhaust pollution reduced.
