【摘要】 从天气学的角度分析百合台风的异常路径,发现影响其移动路径的基本因素仍然是台风内力、外力、大型环流系统和海水温度等,只是在百合台风演变的不同阶段,支配其移动的主要因素不同.如在逆时针局地打转阶段,主要受双台风效应的影响;在百合转向西南方向移动阶段,主要受北部合并高压的阻挡和高空大陆高压东部边缘的东北气流引导.对于船舶驾驶人员来说,应根据所学天气学知识分析气象传真图和正确理解预报结果,迅速做出防台避台的应对决策.更多还原

【Abstract】 Unusual track of "NARI" Typhoon has been synoptically analyzed in this paper. We discover principal factors that affect its moving route are still typhoon’s internal force,external force , largescale circulation’s system and the sea surface temperature, but primary factor of dominating "NARI" Typhoon is different at its different development phase. For example, binary typhoon plays important role in counterclockwise rotating phase of "NARI" Typhoon, northeastern steering flow of continental anticyclone plays important role when "NARI" Typhoon is moving to southwestern direction. As to seafarers,it is better for them to analyze meteorological fax and accurately understand weather forecast in order to make a strategic decision to handle or to avoid typhoon.更多还原
