【摘要】 针对我国现有船舶交通管理系统之间联网存在的实际困难,在对船载自动识别系统研究的基础上,指出我国建设船载自动识别系统海事信息网的重要性,并对其可行性进行了分析.通过对信息网中船—船之间以及船—岸之间信息交换方式及其应用的讨论,提出了船载自动识别海事信息网建设的总体结构,分别对信息网中两个子网———STDMA网和陆面网的组建方案进行了设计.该信息网的建设对保障航行船舶的水上交通安全、提高航运生产效率、保护水域环境方面有重要作用.更多还原

【Abstract】 Basing on studying of Automatic Identification System, this paper analyses the difficulty of sharing information between VTS in our country and points out that the importance and feasibility of establishing the AISMaritimeAffairsInformation Network, it discusses messages exchange and application of the network that not only among ships but also between ship and shore. Additionally, it designs the whole architecture and construct mode of two subnetwork -STDMA network and ground network.
