Al65Cu20Fe15准晶颗粒/Al基复合材料在热压过程中的组织变化
Microstructural evolution of Al65Cu20Fe15 quasicrystalline particle/Al matrix composite induced by hot-pressing
【摘要】 利用透射电子显微镜(TEM)、电子探针、X射线衍射仪等微观分析技术,研究了Al65Cu20Fe15准晶颗粒 Al基复合材料在不同热压工艺条件下的显微组织结构,以探明组织结构的变化对该新型复合材料性能的影响.结果表明,在热压扩散相变过程中,随热压温度的升高,准晶相中首先产生大量的微畴缺陷,某些方向上原子呈周期性排列,最后,转变为ω Al7Cu2Fe晶体相.热压时间和颗粒体积分数对颗粒的组织结构影响不明显.颗粒中的Cu原子扩散到基体中,结果在纯Al基体中析出θ′和θ Al2Cu相.
【Abstract】 Microstructural evolution of Al65Cu20Fe15 quasicrystalline particle/Al matrix composite Induced by hotpressing were studied by means of transmission electron microscopy(TEM), electron probe and Xray diffractometer. The experimental results show that many ordered domains were formatted in icosahedral quasicrystals at 550 ℃ of hotpressing and icosahedral quasicrystals transmitted into ωAl7Cu2Fe crystal structure at 650 ℃. The phase transformation behaviour in particles is almost independent on the hotpressing time and the particle volume fraction. In addition, θ′and θAl2Cu precipitated from Al matrix as the result of the diffusion of cu atoms in particle to Al matrix during hotpressing.
