介质阻挡放电模拟烟气脱硫
Removal of SO2 from simulate flue using a dielectric barrier discharge
【摘要】 应用介质阻挡放电方法在高温、不用催化剂的条件下,将模拟烟气中的SO2直接氧化成雾状H2SO4微粒,再采用静电收雾器回收,实现了资源化烟气脱硫.并就SO2原始浓度、H2O浓度以及等离子体反应时间等因素对SO2脱除率的影响进行了实验研究,结果表明,在SO2体积分数为400×10-6,O2浓度为21.0%,H2O浓度为4.0%条件下,SO2脱除率最高,达到了84.0%.
【Abstract】 The removal of SO2 from simulate flue is experimentally investigated using a dielectric barrier discharge and SO2 is directly oxidized into liquid drop H2SO4 under the conditions of high temperature and noncatalyst. In addition, some parameters which influence the removal efficiency of SO2 such as original concentration of SO2, concentration of H2O and plasma reaction time are studied in this experiment. The result shows that the removal efficiency of SO2 attains to 84.0% when concentration of SO2 is 400 ppm, concentration of O2 is 21.0%, concentration of H2O is 4.0%.
