【摘要】 针对我国原油进口量将大幅度增加而原油进口运输船队运力不足这一现实,采用线性规划法,以年总营运费用最小为目标函数建立船队规划模型.根据运量的预测,对我国原油进口运输船队规划问题进行了研究,在此基础上,提出了我国原油进口运输船队的发展规模,并指出随着进口原油量的增加,中国应大力发展巨型油船和苏伊士型油船船队.更多还原

【Abstract】 In view of the fact that the transport volume of imported crude oil will increase by a big margin and the relevant hauling capacity is not enough, a fleet deployment model is developed adopting linear programming method. In this model the total operating cost minimization is an objective function. The research is done on fleet deployment for carrying imported crude oil by the prediction of transport volume. On the basis of this situation, the developing schemes of the fleet for carrying imported crude oil are put forward. 更多还原
