耕地入选基本农田决策模型研究

【摘要】 耕地入选基本农田的决策过程包括耕地排序与耕地入选两个相关联的部分,根据该问题的特点,将其概括为无约束的排序问题和有约束的选择问题,并相应提出了逼近于理想点的加权排序模型与0-1整数规划模型。在此基础上,编制了耕地入选基本农田决策软件系统。实例研究表明,该模型系统有效地解决了区域耕地入选基本农田的决策问题,不仅提高了工作效率,更重要的是使耕地入选过程更加科学合理。

【Abstract】 Selecting cultivated land into prime farmland is a process of complicated multiple-attributes decision-making, which involves a couple of logical correlated parts. Based on the characteristics of this problem, this paper summarizes as ranking without constraint condition and selecting with constraint condition, and puts forward a ranking model by similarity to ideal point based on weights and a 0-1 integer programming model. Then a software system is builded based on the models. By studying example, the system can solve the decision-making problem of selecting cultivated land into prime farmland effectively, not only raising work efficiency but also making the process of selecting more scientific and reasonable.
