【Abstract】 The importance of the enterprise in the new times will be analyzed in this paper, which comes from three aspects as follows:how to implement the sustainable strategy through the harmony development of the population, the resources, and the environment;how to settle down the problem of the layout of the strategy concerned land resources, which aims at promoting the protection and the reasonable use of land resources, prompting the change of the management means of the land resources. Then the authors discuss the characteristics of Territorial Planning in new times, aiming at understanding and guiding the work of Territorial Planning in the new century. 更多还原
