新型高性能超声波电机变频控制电路
A Novel High Performance Variable-frequency Speed Control Circuit for Ultrasonic Motor
【摘要】 针对行波型超声波电机(Ultrasonicmotor,简称USM)的特点设计了其速度控制电路,系统由压控振荡器(简称VCO)产生频率线性可调的脉冲信号,将该信号作移相处理,产生4路依次相差90°的方波信号来驱动两路推挽功放主电路。利用所设计的电路测得USM的变频调速特性。
【Abstract】 A speed control circuit for the ultrasonic motor(USM) is designed according to its peculiarity,where a signal with adjustable frequency is generated by the linear Voltage Controlled Oscillator(VCO),then the signal is shifted in phase,so four sets of squarewave signals being 90°different in succession are generated,which can be applied to drive two sets of pushpull main circuits.Characteristics at different frequencies are obtained by the proposed circuit.
