神经网络在渗碳20CrMnTi流变应力中的应用

【摘要】 比较了几种分析20CrMnTi 钢渗碳后流变应力的方法后,建立了20CrMnTi 钢渗碳后流变应力预测的神经网络模型。并用神经网络进行了模拟和预测,计算和分析结果表明,用神经网络进行20CrMnTi 钢渗碳后的流变应力分析是可行的,分析方法简单,预测精度较高。

【Abstract】 A few methods for the analysis of flow-strain of carburized 20CrMnTi steel were compared and the artificial nerve network model for the forecasting of the flow-strain of carburized 20CrMnTi steel were established, furthermore,the network was used for the emulation and analysis estimation of flow-strain of carburized 20CrMnTi steel.The result showed it was a feasible measure that used the artificial nerve network model to analyse the flow- strain of carburized 20CrMnTi steel.The method was simple,and the forecasting precision is high.
