基于PLC的模糊自整定PID参数控制器在变频调速恒压供气系统中的应用
The application of PID fuzzy self-setting parameter controller to variable frequency speed control constant pressure air feeding system
【摘要】 根据恒压供气系统的使用情况,采用变频调速和模糊控制理论对PID的参数K_P、K_I和K_D进行在线自整定,自动控制空压机的投入台数及转速,实现自动恒压供气,达到高效节能的目的。结果表明,此系统能够根据供气设备及环境的变化做出最优决策。
【Abstract】 According to conditions of constant pressure air control system, variable frequency speed control and fuzzy control are used with selfsetting PID and the number and speed of air compressor and air feeding can be automatically controlled, then the high efficiency and economy can be obtained. Test results show the system can make optimum decision according to the environment and performance.
