SS9型机车主变压器油箱模拟受力分析
Simulated analysis for oil-tank of main transformer on type SS9 electric loco mo tive
【摘要】 SS9型机车主变压器油箱是一种新设计的下置式主变压器油箱,它是一个复杂的空间板、杆单元结构。本文采用有限元分析方法,对SS9型机车主变压器在起吊、试验及机车行驶时的各种工况进行了空间有限元分析,得到了各种工况下的应力、位移数据及其分布规律,为该油箱的现场实验测试,进一步改进设计提供了可靠的依据。
【Abstract】 The new type of lower posited oil-tank of main transformer on type SS 9 electric locomotive is a compli-cated spatial structure with combination of plates and sticks.In this paper,using the finite element method,the main transformer of SS 9 electric locomotive under various load conditions including lifting,test and running process is an a-lyzed.Stress and displacement of oil-tank are obtained,providing a reference to practical improvements on structure.
