基于数字化逆向工程的模具快速设计
Rapid tool designing based on digitized reverse engineering
【摘要】 利用三坐标测量机 ,采用合理的曲线检测算法 ,将结果以ibl格式传给Pro/Engineer软件 ,利用Pro/Engineer软件的曲线编辑和造型功能 ,实现了电话机模具的快速设计。在模具制造中利用数字化逆向工程技术 ,可大大缩短新产品的开发周期 ,对快速响应市场产生显著效果
【Abstract】 Using Coordinate Measurement Machine (CMM) and effective detect algorithm for curve, we import the detected curves into Pro/Engineer software by ibl format. The tool manufacture of phone mould is realized by means of the curve editing and surface modeling function provided by Pro/Engineer software. Using the reverse engineering technology in tool manufacturing can decrease the period of developing a new product and accelerate the response to the market.
