基于遗传算法的RP分层方向优化设计

【摘要】 快速成形中的分层方向 ,对于零件制作的精度、时间、成本等都有重要影响 ,该文提出了对于零件分层方向的 3种单目标优化模型和带权 p模理想点综合决策模型 ,并设计了一种改进的混合遗传算法对 3种单目标模型和综合决策模型进行了求解
【Abstract】 Slicing direction in Rapid Prototyping has important influence on the accuracy, building time and cost of prototypes.Three single-objecive optimization models and the synthetic decision-making model that is based on ideal point and weighted with -p module for part-building orientation are developed respectively in the paper.In order to calculate these three single-objective optimization models and the synthetic decision-making model,a kind of new mixed genetic algorithm is designed.
