高能小脉宽电火花加工稳定性分析
Analysis of the stabilities of high power short EDM
【摘要】 分析了高能小脉宽电火花加工的特点 ,从介质的击穿过程和材料的分离过程 ,对其加工稳定性进行了讨论。从加工稳定性方面考虑 ,应采用正极性加工 ,使用添加亚微米碳粉末的工作介质 ;从提高相变区内材料的分离效率考虑 ,应采用VDMOS开关电源 ,良好匹配其参数 ,以提高电流脉冲的前沿上升率和后沿下降率
【Abstract】 Analyzing the technological characters of high power short EDM, by the process of breakdown and detaching, the stabilities of high power short EDM are discussing. In view of stability, the workpiece should be anode and liquid dielectric with submicron graphite powder should be used. Considering detaching efficiency, the VDMOS generators with well matching parameters are fitting, to rise the front rates and rear rates.
