金属板材激光弯曲成形应力应变场的数值模拟

【摘要】 采用有限元对激光弯曲成形过程中应力应变场的过程进行了模拟 ,分析了弯曲成形过程中钢板上下表面弹塑性变形的变化规律及激光工艺参数对成形的影响。模拟结果与实验结果基本一致

【Abstract】 In this paper, the transformation of stress-strain field in the process of laser bending is simulated with FEM, The rule of elastic-plastic deformation of top and bottom of sheet-metal in the bending process is also analyzed. The relationship between the technique parameters and the deformation is investigated, The simulation results are in good agreement with the experiment results.
