【Abstract】 Based on the principle of the function matching the resource, the Enterprises Dynamic Alliance(EDA) is able to enhance the level of the regional die and mould industry. The model of the Agile Cooperative Manufacturing Chain (ACMC) is flexible and extendable. The role model of ACMC shows the idea of ’Encapsulating and Running’ which based on the principle of enterprises the function matching the resource.
