对冲基金与金融监管
The Hedge Fund and Financial Supervision
【摘要】 本文从对冲基金的自身特点入手,分析了对冲基金可能带来的金融风险,并在此基础上就如何对其加强金融监管提出了建议。
【Abstract】 The hedge fund is developing quickly,but it also brings about financial risk.Faced with the problem,the article presents the char acteristics of the hedge fund and offers the measure ments to strengthen finan-cial supervi sion and control.
