【Abstract】 The application of Power System Blockset(PSB) of MATLAB is gaining in popularity,owing to its many merits,such as opening quality,graphical interf aces and versatile analytic and graphical tools. This paper discusses and analyz es several aspects of simulation by MATLAB,including setting initial values,se lecting arithmetic and precision and no load operation of synchronous generator.
