空蚀破坏的微观过程研究

【摘要】 通过长期的空蚀试验和大量的扫描电子显微镜分析对空蚀试样的破坏过程进行了研究。首次成功进行了微观点跟踪观察 ,从微观破坏形貌的变化过程了解掌握空蚀破坏发生发展过程 ,揭示了气泡溃灭对金属表面的破坏方式。确定了单个气泡溃灭产生的微射流是在金属表面造成空蚀针孔的原因 ,而空蚀坑的形成则是疲劳裂纹萌生和扩展的结果。提出了空蚀破坏过程可解释空蚀破坏孕育期现象和宏观形貌的变化规律。

【Abstract】 By long terms of cavitation test and a great mount of microanalysis with scanning electric miˉcroscopy,the destroying course of samples under cavitation testing was studied.It was the first time that the micro_appearance of samples was pursued successful by means of scanning electric microscopy for a long term.According to the changing course of the micro_appearance of samples,the damaging course of cavitaˉtion erosion is determined.It is confirmed that the cavitation pinholes are forming with the micro_liquid jet produced by bubble collapse.The cavitation pits are the results of initiation and growth of fatigue cracks.The cavitation model can be used to explain the cavitation pregnancy and the changing regulation of surface of cavitation samples.
