阀芯电阻焊
Valve core resistance welding
【摘要】 采取特殊的工艺方法对阀芯进行了电阻焊试验研究,通过焊接接头机械性能试验及金相组织分析,结果表明所采取的工艺方法是确实可行的,既满足了焊接质量要求,又明显提高了生产效率。
【Abstract】 A special resistomce welding process is studied for welding a ball to a rod in this paper.The experimental results for welded joint show that the welding process is practicable by tensile test,microhardness measure and metallographic analysis.It can not only meet the welding requirement ,but also improves the production efficiency.
