一种新型CO2气体保护堆焊药芯焊丝

【摘要】 研制了一种新型的CO2气体保护堆焊药芯焊丝,由于该药芯焊丝的药芯中含有一定量的硼硅元素,在焊接过程中,绝大部分硼硅元素与氧化合并在焊缝表面生成一层极薄的玻璃状硼硅酸盐保护膜,形成了对焊道的气—渣联合保护,在气—渣联合保护下,减少了贵重元素的烧损,新形成的硼硅酸盐保护膜极薄,且熔点低(722℃),因而可连续多层堆焊而无需清渣。随着制造工艺的不断完善,这种药芯焊丝必将有着十分广泛的应用前景。

【Abstract】 A novel surfacing used flux-cored wire for CO 2 gas-shielded arc welding was developed,because it contain much B and Si and most of these elements react with oxygen can form a layer of glassy membrane of boron silicate,it is a kind of dual shield arc welding of gas and slag,by this way,the losing of noble metal in welding process had been cut down,and the membrane of boron silicate is very thin and has very low melting point (722℃),by which can continue solder on one place during the surfacing process without clearing slag.As the development of manufacture technology,this kind of flux-cored wire is bond to have a splendid future.
