PAN基共混预氧化中空纤维膜的研究

【摘要】 通过聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)、聚酰亚胺(PI)与聚丙烯腈(PAN)共混纺制了中空纤维膜,并对该中空纤维膜进行了预氧化处理,分别对共混膜的水通量、预氧膜的表面形态、膜的热行为等进行了分析和讨论。结果表明:PMMA的加入有利于共混膜水通量的提高,PI的加入有利于共混膜在预氧化过程中保持空洞结构,同时提高了PAN中空纤维膜的热稳定性,这为制备分离性能优良的PAN基预氧化中空纤维膜提供了一种新方法。

【Abstract】 The PAN-based hollow fiber membrane was spun while PMMA and PI were employed as additives. The water flux of membranes with different content of PMMA and PI was measured. It was found that the addition of PMMA and PI showed positive effect on the water flux. The section morphology of membranes was investigated by SEM. It was shown that more pores in the membrane containing PI and PMMA could remained after preoxidation in high temperature. The stability to heat of the membrane was also improved when PI and PMMA were added.
