【Abstract】 This paper introduces the experience of improving teaching quality in the organic chemistry experiment course and training student’s ability of innovation. Including emphasis preparing lessons before experiment class, emphasis element manipulation, training ability of hands and nurturance good habits, emphasis students’ ability of thinking and analyzing and resolving problems; emphasis experiment records and writing of experiment reports; emphasis examine of experiment class.
