【Abstract】 To put the teacher’s appointment system into practice is a significant reform for our country in the employment system of colleges and universities. This reform will be beneficial to the improvement of the quality of teachers as a whole and to the teaching outcomes of the universities. Management of the appointed teachers is one of the most important aspects of improving and perfecting the appointment system in institutions of higher education.
