HART现场总线型智能电动执行机构的硬件设计
Hardware Design of Fieldbus Electric Actuator Based on HART Protocol
【摘要】 现场总线控制系统(FCS)是工业控制系统的发展潮流,而目前大量存在着集散控制系统(DCS),因此需要研制一种既适用于FCS系统,又适用于DCS系统的电动执行机构。提出一种新型电动执行机构的设计方案,详细介绍了该电动执行机构的各功能元件的选型及设计,该电动执行机构将阀门、伺服电机、控制器合为一体。
【Abstract】 The Fieldbus Control System (FCS) is a trend of the control system of the industry, and there are Distributing and Collecting Control Systems (DCS) in a large amount at present, so it is a need to design a new kind of electric actuator which is not only suitable for DCS systems but also suitable for FCS systems. This paper presents a new design scheme of electric actuator, The selection and design of all components of electric actuator are introduced concretely. The electric actuator integrates valve, servo-motor and controller into one.
