低温非平衡态等离子体室内空气净化器电源的研制
Development of Power Supply for Indoor Air Purification Device by Non-equilibrium Plasmas Technique
【摘要】 开发了两种低温非平衡态等离子体发生电源,具有成本低、体积小等优点,适用于将室内空气净化。对影响放电电压大小及频率的电源参数进行了讨论,如供电电压、控制信号占空比、振荡电路的R和C等。
【Abstract】 Two power supply generating non-equilibrium plasmas is developed and fit for application of indoor air purification because of their some strongpoint such as small volume and low cost etc. Some parameters affecting the frequency and magnitude of power supply, such as supply voltage, duty of control sigal. the R and C of oscillation circuit are discussed.
