铝塑复合管生产线PCC通信应用技术

【摘要】 介绍新型工业控制平台可编程计算机控制器(PCC)及其在铝塑复合管生产线上通信的应用。并将 PCC 帧驱动器与传统 PLC 的通信性能进行比较,总结其优点。

【Abstract】 This paper introduces a new industry control terrace—Programmable Computer Controller (PCC) and its application of communication on Aluminum-Plastic Composite Pipes production line.PCC realizes the real-time communications between master station and tow slave stations via CAN BUS.And it realizes the communications between PCC and direct current velocity modulation system and the frequency converter via frame driver.This paper introduces the characteristics as well as program method of CAN BUS and frame driver in detail.And it compares the communication of traditional PLC with frame driver of PCC,and it sums up out the result that the later is much better.
