一种智能化CO2弧焊电源的研究

【摘要】 研制了一种新型的一元化自寻优智能CO2 弧焊电源 ,电源的主要特点是根据CO2 焊接过程中各主要特征参数的综合评价结果来自寻优控制焊接规范和波控参数。试验结果表明 ,研制的智能控制系统能明显地改善弧焊电源动态性能和焊缝成型、减少焊接飞溅
【Abstract】 A new one knob self optimizing intelligent CO 2 welding power is developed.Its main features are that the fuzzy self optimizing system takes the synthetic evaluation value of main characteristic parameters as a basis to optimize the welding variables,automatically adjust the arc voltage,and self optimize the current waveform control parameters.The testing result shows that the developed self optimizing control system obviously improves the dynamic performance of CO 2 welding power and the formation of the welding seam.and reduces the welding spatter.
