超声波电机测试技术的研究
Research on the Testing Techniques of Ultrasonic Motors
【摘要】 通过对自行研制的 30mm环形行波型超声波电机进行的测试 ,第一次对超声波电机的主要测试技术和实现手段进行了详细的阐述 ,包括自由定子阻抗、定子振动模态、超声波电机输出特性的测试和实现方法。所采用的测试技术及实现方法不仅性价比优越 ,且适用于其他类型的超声波电机的检测 ,为超声波电机控制策略、闭环控制、以及产品实用化的开发和研究提供了理论依据和实验验证手段
【Abstract】 This paper discusses the main testing techniques and methods of ultrasonic motors in details for the first time.We use those to measure the resistance of free stator,vibration testing of stator and the output relation ship between torque and the speed or efficency of the ring type traveling wave ultrasonic motors with 30 mm diameter made by ourselves.Through the measurement techniques and methods for realization,not only the proportion of the function and the cost is superiority,but also other type USM can use and they provide fundamental basis and experimental verification for control strategy,closed loop control and the practicality of ultrasonic motors.
