【摘要】 本文分析了常规的防震减灾系统的局限性,介绍了基于WebGIS的防震减灾系统的总体设计思想,并以大庆油田为例,给出了该系统的功能模块组成、各模块的设计方法及其使用效果。

【Abstract】 The deficiencies in the GIS based earthquake disaster reduction information system are reviewed in this paper. The main methodology for designing WebGIS based earthquake disaster reduction information system is described. As a demonstration, Daqing Oilfield information system is built. The function modules , design method and application example of this system are illustrated .
