基于网络的计算机与变频器的通讯及控制
Communication and control between computer and inverter based on the Ethernet
【摘要】 目前,越来越多的高性能变频器以数字信号处理器(DSP)作为控制核心。本文设计并实现了一种基于以太网的变频器和计算机的通讯方法,能够灵活方便地对变频器运行进行实时监控,大大提高了DSP程序开发的效率。软件基于TCP IP协议,方便灵活。硬件结构简单,成本低。软、硬件结构都具有良好的扩展性。
【Abstract】 DSPs are widely applied as controllers of highperformance inverters. This paper designs a new method based on the Ethernet, which can realize the communication between inverters and computers under the TCP/IP protocol. It greatly improves the efficiency of developing the DSP programs, and can monitor the inverters in realtime. It has advantages of low cost and simple operation. Both of the software and hardware can be easily extended.
