基于小波变换的开关电触头钎焊质量超声成像检测

【摘要】 针对开关电触头钎焊质量难以检测的问题,采用超声成像无损检测技术能够有效地检测并控制焊接质量。本文介绍了小波变换在开关电触头钎焊质量超声检测中的应用。为了克服噪声对超声检测图像质量的影响,利用离散二进制小波变换的分解重构算法来降低噪声,提高超声图像的信噪比。实验结果表明该方法有效,对于提高触头性能具有重要意义。

【Abstract】 Ultrasonic imaging nondestructive testing technology could be used effectively in inspecting and controlling braze quality of switch electric contact. This paper introduces its application of wavelet transform in ultrasonic imaging testing of electric contact’s braze quality inspection. To overcome pulse noise influence to image quality, discrete wavelet transform (DWT) is used to reduce the noise influence and improve signal to noise ratio (SNR). The experimental results show that applying wavelet transform to ultrasonic inspection in electric contact could eliminate noise effectively and improve SNR and keep the image edge from being damaged, which is so significant to improve contact performance.
