铁芯材料在低温下的磁性能的研究

【摘要】 本文研究了不同铁芯材料在低温下的磁性能和损耗特性。实验结果表明,在低温下,硅钢片和非晶合金材料的饱和磁感应强度和损耗比在常温下略有增加;非晶合金铁芯在液氮温度下的饱和磁感应强度和损耗亦比硅钢片低。该测试为超导变压器铁芯设计提供了依据。

【Abstract】 The magnetic characteristics of the magnetic materials are the key to the design of the hightemperature superconducting transformer. The magnetic properties and the loss characteristics of different magnetic materials are studied in this paper. The test results have demonstrated that compared to the condition of the room temperature, both the saturated magnetic induction and the losses of the materials increase under the liquid nitrogen temperature. The saturated magnetic induction and the losses of the amorphous metals are less than those of the silicon steel plate under the liquid nitrogen temperature. The test provides the foundation for the design of the hightemperature superconducting transformer.
