【摘要】 在 2 0 0 3年春季严重急性呼吸综合征 (SARS)流行高峰期 ,我院收治 4例SARS患者 ,均有明确的感染SARS的流行病学史 ;临床表现为发热 头痛 干咳无痰 ;实验室检查显示白细胞减少 ;肺部渗出呈进行性改变 ;4例患者均较年轻 ,无其它合并疾病。经早期采用包括心理治疗在内的综合治疗而恢复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Four patients with severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS) were reported. All of them had epidemical risk factors related to the infection of SARS. Their clinical manifestations include fever, headache and dry cough without phlegm. Laboratory examination and chest X-ray showed leucocytopenia and progressive exudation in the lungs. None of these 4 patients had complicated or coexisting disorders which were reportedly associated with the high mortality of SARS and all were recovered by symptomatic treatments. Early diagnosis and treatment, including psychological treatment, were of great importance for the recovery of patients with SARS.更多还原
