穗缘端蚤传播鼠疫媒介效能的实验研究

【摘要】 为研究穗缘端蚤中缅亚种传播鼠疫的能力 ,在T :19± 1℃ ,RH :85 %± 5 %条件下 ,对穗缘端蚤进行集群传播、单蚤传播能力、菌栓形成及生存期限等实验 ,结果显示穗缘端蚤集群传播的传疫率为 5 4. 5 5 % ,媒介效能为 0 ,单蚤传单只动物的传疫率为 0 ,菌栓形成率为 14 . 2 9% ,供血感染蚤平均寿命为 18. 3 1d ,饥饿感染蚤平均寿命为 5 .3 7d ,说明穗缘端蚤可以参与鼠疫的传播作用 ,但不是传播鼠疫的主要媒介。

【Abstract】 In order to study the ability of transmitting plague of Acropsylla episema girshami, under the condition of T:(19±1)℃ , RH:(85±5)% , we observed the Acropsylla episema girshami’s ability of gathering the cluster to spread, the single flea spread , bacterial embolus and exist the term and so forth of experiment. The transmission rate of gathering the cluster to spread was 54.55%, the vector efficiency was zero, the transmission rate of single flea spreading to single animal was zero, the rate of bacterial embolus was 14.29%, mean survival days of infected flea fed blood were 18.31 days, mean survival days of hungry infected fleas were 5.37 days. It is concluded that Acropsylla episema girshami is not the major vector to spread plague, it only takes part in the function of plague spread.
