【摘要】 目的　观察AⅡ 受体拮抗剂洛沙坦对不稳定心绞痛 (UA)的治疗作用。方法　 83例UA病人随机单盲分为常规治疗组(n =41)和洛沙坦治疗组 (n =42 ) ,前者予以硝酸甘油 10～ 2 0mg加入 5 %葡萄糖液体 2 5 0mL静脉滴注 ,每日 2次 ,肠溶阿司匹林15 0mg ,每日 1次 ,倍他乐克 12 .5～ 2 5mg ,每日 2次 ;后者在此基础上加洛沙坦 5 0mg ,每日 1次 ,疗程 14d。治疗前后观察临床疗效、收缩压心率乘积、心电图ST段变化以及超声心动图部分心功能指标的变化。结果　洛沙坦治疗组临床疗效优于常规治疗组 (P <0 .0 1) ,且收缩压心率乘积、心电图ST段和心功能指标的改善程度均优于常规治疗组 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论　洛沙坦对UA有较好的临床疗效 ,对UA病人在常规治疗基础上 ,加用AⅡ 受体拮抗剂可能是值得考虑的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effects of losartan on unstable angina (UA).Methods In a period of 14 days, 83 subjects with UA were randomly divided into 2 groups (group T and C). In group C, nitroglycerin 10-20mg plus 5%glucose 250ml was given by vein drips twice daily. Aspirin 150mg/day and metoprolol 12.5～25mg twice daily were given too. In group T, losartan, in a single dose of 50mg/day was given in addition to treatments of group A. Frequency of angina pectoris, rate pressure product, ST segments changes in 12 lead ECG and several heart function indexes in echocardiography were investigated at the beginning and the end of the study.Results The differences of efficacy between the two groups were significant ( P <0.05), group T was improved better than group C after the treatment. Conclusion Losartan has a benefit in UA control. It is considerable to use losartan in UA treatment except for conventional protocol.更多还原
