不同剂量氨溴索对哮喘豚鼠肺表面活性物质的影响

【摘要】 目的 比较不同剂量氨溴索对哮喘豚鼠肺表面活性物质 (pulmonarysurfactantPS)的影响。方法  2 4只豚鼠 ,分 4组 ,即正常对照组、哮喘模型组、氨溴索小剂量组 ( 7.5mg·kg-1·d-1) ,氨溴索大剂量组 ( 3 0mg·kg-1·d-1)。用卵白蛋白腹腔注射与雾化吸入造成哮喘动物模型 ,测支气管肺泡灌洗液 (BALF)中总磷脂 (TPL)、饱和磷脂酰胆碱 (DSPC)、总蛋白 (TP)含量。结果 哮喘模型组豚鼠DSPC下降 ,TP增加 ,DSPC/TP及DSPC/TPL比值下降 ,与正常对照组比较P均 <0 .0 1。氨溴索大、小剂量组能对抗上述改变 ,使DSPC升高 ,TP降低 ,DSPC/TP及DSPC/TPL比值升高 ,与哮喘模型组比较 P均 <0 .0 1。氨溴索大、小剂量组之间差异无显著性(P >0 .0 5 )。结论 氨溴索可减轻哮喘豚鼠PS活性水平的下降 ,氨溴索应用小剂量 ( 7.5mg/kg .d)即可起到良好的作用

【Abstract】 Objective To observe effect of small and large ambroxol on pulmonary surfactant in asthma guinea-pig. Methods 24 guinea-pigs were randomly divided into 4 groups;normal control group,asthma group, small dose ambroxol(7.5mg/kg.d)treated group, large dose ambroxol(30mg/kg.d)treated group. We detected total phospholipids(TPL),desaturated phosphatidylcholine(DSPC),total protein(TP) in broncho-alveolar lavage fluid(BALF).Results The levels of DSPC/TP? DSPC/TPL and DSPC of asthma group were statistically lower than normal control group P <0.01.In contrast, the levels of TP of asthma group were obviously higher as compared with it P <0.01.The levels of DSPC/TP,DSPC/TPL and DSPC of ambroxol treaded groups, small and large ambroxol treated group , which were similar to each other on DSPC/TP,DSPC/TPL,DSPC and TP( P >0.05),were statistically higher than asthma group( P <0.01), the levels of TP of them were obviously lower compared with asthma group P <0.01.Conclusions Ambroxol can promote in synthesize and secretion of PS .Small dose ambroxol can play a role as good as large dose ambroxol.
