【摘要】 目的　探讨ICU机械通气肺不张患者纤支镜检查和肺灌洗治疗的有效性和安全性。方法　总结 10年间 10 6例ICU机械通气肺不张行纤支镜检查和肺灌洗治疗患者的病历资料。结果　 10 6例共 115次纤支镜检查和肺灌洗治疗完全有效 3 9 6% ,有效 41 5 % ,部分有效 13 3 % ,无效 5 6% ,总有效率 94 3 %。PaO2 由治疗前 ( 5 3± 6)mmHg升至治疗后 ( 89± 9)mmHg ,无不良并发症。结论　ICU机械通气肺不张患者纤支镜检查和肺灌洗治疗是有效的、安全的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of the treatment with fiberoptic bronchoscope on the patients with mechanical ventilation in ICU.Methods A retrospective review for 106 cases of patients with ICU mechanical ventilation,who received fiberoptic bronchoscope examination and lung-lavage treatment.Results Among the 106 cases of the patients,total 115 times of fiberoplic bronchoscope examinations and lung-lavage treatments were made.The rates of cure,efficacy,partial response and inefficiency were 39 6%,41 5%,13 5% and 5 6% respectively,and the overall response rate is 94 3%.By this way PaO 2 increased significantly from(53±6)mmHg to(89±9)mmHg.No serious complications occurred.Conclusions Fiberoptic bronchoscope examination and lung-lavage treatment could be safety and efficacy for the patients with ICU mechanical ventilation.更多还原
