【摘要】 目的　探讨血C反应蛋白 (C -reactiveprotein ,CRP)和血尿酸 (uricoacid ,UA)与冠状动脉病变稳定性的关系。方法　测定 2 0 5例初诊为“冠心病、不稳定心绞痛”患者的血清CRP和UA水平 ,并根据冠状动脉造影的结果分为对照组、病变稳定组和病变不稳定组 ,观察血清CRP和UA与冠脉病变稳定性的关系。结果　不稳定病变组CRP水平显著高于稳定病变组 (P <0 0 1) ,两组UA水平比较 (P >0 0 5 )差异无显著性。CRP浓度与冠脉病变不稳定性作直线回归分析 (r =0 45 96,P <0 0 5 ) ,二者呈正相关。UA浓度与冠脉病变不稳定性作直线回归分析 (r =0 5 874,P >0 0 5 ) ,二者无相关性。结论　血CRP水平与不稳定病变呈明显正相关。血UA水平与不稳定病变无明显相关性 ,但在冠心病的发生发展中有一定作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the relationships between the unstable coronary lesions and the levels of serum C-reactive protein(CRP) and urico-acid (UA).Methods 205 patients with primary diagnoses as coronary heart disease were examined by selective coronary angiography,and in the mean time ,the serum CRP and UA levels were measured.These patients were grouped the control,the unstable coronary lesion group and stable coronary lesion group according to the extent of coronary artery atherosclerosis stenosis.All data were undergone statistical analysis.Results The serum CRP level in unstable coronary lesion group was higher than that in stable coronary lesion group(P<0 001),and the serum UA level was not significantly different in both groups. Linear regression analysis showed the serum CRP level was significantly positive relation with the unstable coronary lesions(r=0 4596,P<0 05), and the serum UA level was not associated with the unstable coronary lesions(r=0 5874,P>0 05).Conclusions The serum CRP level is significantly positive relation with the unstable coronary lesions.The serum UA level is not association with the unstable coronary lesions.更多还原
