【摘要】 目的　探讨口腔黏膜下纤维性变患者口腔黏膜中内皮素 -1(ET -1)受体的表达及分布情况。方法　通过原位杂交技术测定内皮素 -1受体mRNA表达 ,明确内皮素 -1受体在OSF黏膜中的分布。结果　口腔黏膜下纤维性变在早期和中期黏膜下成纤维细胞和小血管周围有明显的ET -1受体mRNA的表达。与正常口腔黏膜组相比有显著性差异 (P <0 0 5 )。结论　内皮素系统在口腔黏膜下纤维性变的病变过程中起着重要作用 ,可能是引起组织缺氧和纤维增殖的启动因子之一更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To probe into the expression and distribution of the endothelin-1 receptor in oral submucous fibrosis(OSF) patients.Methods The expression of Endothelin-1 receptors mRNA was determined by In situ hybridization, and the distribution of the ETA mRNA was defined in OSF.Results There were distinct expression of the endothelin-1 receptor mRNA in fibroblast and around microvascular in the early and moderate stages,which was magnificant different from normal control.Conclusions Endothelin-1 receptors system plays an important role in pathological mechanism of OSF,it may also be one of the important causes of fibrosis hyperplasia and tissues anoxia.更多还原
