内生性性激素水平与男性冠心病的关系探讨

【摘要】 目的 研究内生性血浆类固醇激素水平与男性冠心病的关系。方法 用ELISA法测定 80例男性冠心病患者的血浆睾酮 (TTT)、雌二醇 (E2 )及血脂 (含Tch、TG、HDL -c、LDL -c)水平 ,并与 60例健康男性对照。结果 ⑴男性冠心病患者的血浆TTT水平明显低于对照组 (P <0 0 5 ) ,而两组间E2水平无显著性差异 (P >0 0 5 ) ;男性冠心病患者的TG、Tch、LDL -c水平明显高于对照组 (P <0 0 5~ 0 0 1) ,HDL -c水平明显低于对照组 (P <0 0 1) ;⑵TTT与LDL -c(r =-0 495 ,P <0 0 0 0 1)、TG(r =-0 3 69,P <0 0 0 1)、Tch(r =-0 2 83 ,P <0 0 0 1)呈负相关 ,与HDL -c(r =3 2 5 ,P <0 0 0 1)呈正相关。结论 低的血浆TTT水平可能是男性冠心病的危险因素 ,这可能与内源性TTT减少引起的血浆脂质代谢紊乱等因素有关

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the relationship between the endogenous sex steroid hormones(TTT and E 2) and coronary heart disease (CHD) in men.Methods 140 male subjects (80 with CHD and 60 healthy controls without CHD) were recruited. Early morning, fasting blood samples were taken from each subject and testosterone (TTT),estradiol(E 2)and plasma lipids(including Tch,TG, LDL-C and HDL-C) were measured. TTT and E 2 were assayed by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA),and lipids were measured by automatic biochemistry analysis apparatus.Results ⑴Men with CHD had significantly lower levels of plasma TTT and HDL-C(P<0 01) and higher concentrations of TG, Tch and LDL-C(P<0 05~0 01) than those in healthy controls. But the levels of E 2 were similar between the two groups(P>0 05). ⑵The negative correlations were observed among the levels of plasma TTT and LDL-C, TG and Tch(P<0 001~0 0001).There was a positive correclation between plasma TTT levels and plasma HDL-C levels(P<0 001).Conclusions Men with CHD have significantly lower levels of androgens than that of normal controls,physiological low levels of androgens in men could increase the relative risk for CHD. The results suggest that low plasma TTT level may be a risk factor for CHD, which may relate to the disorder of plasma lipids metabolism induced by endogenous testosterone decrease.
