可重复使用低温贮箱热防护系统热传导分析
Heat Transfer Analysis of Cryogenic Propellant Tank Thermal Protection System for Reusable Vehicles
【摘要】 建立了可重复使用低温贮箱热防护系统的瞬态热传输理论模型 ,给出了数值计算方法。分析了地面和飞行再入两个阶段热防护系统中的温度分布。在地面阶段 ,考虑了风速、太阳辐射、地球反射辐射以及空气辐射等对温度分布的作用 ;在再入返回阶段 ,主要考虑了气动加热和贮箱外表面辐射对温度分布的作用。本文方法可用于热防护系统的结构优化设计
【Abstract】 A theoretical formulation is presented for predicting transient heat-transfer characteristics through the thermal protection system of cryogenic propellant tank of reusable vehicles. Temperature distribution in thermal protection system is studied during both ground-hold and re-entry conditions. Effects of direct solar radiation, Earth reflected/emitted radiation and wind velocity are considered in ground-hold conditions, and effects of aerothermal heating, thermal protection system emitted radiation are considered in re-entry conditions. The modal can be used for structure optimization of thermal protection system.
