火箭发动机涡轮泵振动信号的同步整周期采集
Synchronous Vibration Data Acquisition of Rocket Engine Turbopump
【摘要】 针对火箭发动机涡轮泵测速系统的特点 ,开发了多倍频分频技术和双阈值触发技术 ,保证了涡轮泵振动信号的同步、同相基整周期采集 ,同时消除了转速信号中的局部失真和尖脉冲干扰的影响 ,提高了转速测量的可靠性。火箭发动机试车实测表明 ,这两项技术是适用、有效的
【Abstract】 Synchronous vibration data acquisition is an essential requirement for a condition monitoring and fault diagnosing system of rocket engine turbopump. In this paper an order tracking technique and double threshold trigger technique are developed to ensure the synchronous data acquisition and to eliminate the disturbance and noise in rocket speed signal. These two techniques have been applied to the tests of a rocket engine, and the result shows that the techniques are suitable and effective in the condition monitoring of rocket engine turbopump.
