【摘要】 股利再投资计划 ( Dividend Reinvestm ent Plans,简称 DRPs)产生于 2 0世纪 6 0年代 ,近年来在国外成熟的资本市场得到了广泛的应用。本文简要介绍了股利再投资计划基本内涵及其在国外的发展和研究现状 ,运用资本结构优化理论、委托代理理论、信号机制理论及价值理论 ,分析了股利再投资计划对上市公司及股东产生的效应 ,并展望了 DRPs在我国资本市场上的应用前景。更多还原
