【Abstract】 The main partwho submits the final trial of the criminal procedure attached with civil procedure ranges widely.Generally speaking,the deadline ofthe submission should be fixed according to the criminal procedure law.The procedure of the final trial can be classified into three types:criminal,civil and mixed. The time limitof the final trial should be determined according to the criminal procedure law.Since it can examine the whole case,its examination scope is beyond the limitof the appeal and protest.
