复合燃烧元件结构和性能优化研究

【摘要】 分析了烟火燃烧剂的氧平衡及稀土壳体的结构对复合燃烧元件燃烧性能的影响 ,提供了复合燃烧元件的各项物化性能数据 .烟火燃烧剂中氧平衡为 - 13.6 8%的配方燃烧速度达 1.4 9mm/s ,燃烧温度为 2 190℃ ,用其装填的复合燃烧元件能产生同步燃烧 ,纵火效果理想 .稀土壳体的厚度R-r =3.0mm时 ,木箱箱盖燃烧并烧穿的时间最短 ,为 0 5min .

【Abstract】 The influence of the oxygen balance of pyrotechnical combustion agent and the structure of its rare earth metal shell on the burning performance of the combined combustion element were studied. Some physical characteristic data of the combined combustion element were given. Experiments showed that, for the combustion agent with the oxygen balance of -13 68%, its burning rate was 1 49 mm and the burning temperature was 2190℃. At this time the combined combustion element gave the synchronous burning effect and the fire setting effect was the best. When the thickness of rare earth metal shell was 3 mm, it gave the 0 5 min shortest time of burning down of the wood box covers.
