层合纤维增强复合材料的抗弹性能数值计算研究
THE NUMERICAL CALCULATION FOR ANTI-PENETRATION PERFORMANCE OF KEVLAR FIBRE REINFORCED COMPOSITE LAMINATION
【摘要】 以2层Kevlar/Epoxy构成的纤维增强复合材料为例,利用非线性经典层合理论,研究了子层的材料铺层方向对抗弹性能的影响以及复合材料对不同冲击速度的能量吸收,从而得到层合纤维增强复合材料的抗弹特性,得出纤维增强复合板适合于较低速度的冲击防护。
【Abstract】 Based on the two layers Kevlar/Epoxy fibre reinforced composite lamination, the influence of spread angle of sublayer on anti-penetration properties and variable energy absorbed by composite lamination under different velocity impact was analyzed by using nonlinear classical lamination theory. The anti-penetration properties of fibre reinforced composite lamination and the conclusion that the fibre reinforced composite lamination suits for anti-penetration of lower velocity were obtained.
